In 1900, whilst in charge of a large number of newsboys, he lost his temper when Fred Posnett told him "not to get his hair off" and then"put his finger to nose" so Jordison hit him
Jordison was summoned to appear at Peterborough Court, where he pleaded guilty under provocation & was ordered to pay costs
In 1911 he was a Linotype Operator
He served in the 1/3rd County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters) during WW1
In 1918 he transferred to the Machine Gun Corps & was renumbered 151488
Disembodied 1/5/19
In September 1939 he was working as a Journalist & living in Carshalton
Died Peterborough 13/4/63
