All orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge. The correct charges will be automatically calculated via our shopping basket ordering system and are based on the total value of your order, your location and our normal method of despatch, as detailed below. Supplementary orders will be combined and sent together, whenever possible, to save you having to pay any unnecessary extra postage. Please be aware that we reserve the right to alter any miscalculation, plus or minus, and you will be notified of any such changes prior to shipping. Deliveries are usually received within 3-5 business days domestically, overseas orders may take longer in transit.
All items are well packed to minimise the risk of any potential damage in transit and we retain all relevant despatch documentation to facilitate the insurance claim in the unlikely event of a loss in transit.
Other methods of delivery and/or collection may be possible by prior agreement.
