Returned to Blighty & admitted to Alexandra Hospital, Cosham 27/10/14
Discharged 7/6/15 & was awarded the Silver War Badge
After amputation of his thumb due to active service he was entitled to a War Pension
His home address was 34 Mill Street, Abergavenny
