Suffered a Gun Shot Wound to his Right Arm & Head, probably on 21/5/15 when 1st Bedfords were heavily gassed & shelled at Hill 60 during the Second Battle of Ypres

Returned to Blighty 22/5/15

Discharged due to his wounds 28/1/16 & was awarded the Silver War Badge

His home asddress was 27 Muswell Road, Bedford
