He was a 2nd Lieut in the 2nd V.B. Worcestershire Regiment in 1904
Promoted Lieutenant 9/1/07
Married Miss Marjorie England Pocock in 1912
To France 20/9/14 & served with 2nd Prince Of Wales's Volunteers (South Lancashire Regiment)
Suffered a fractured foot in France & was admitted to Queen Alexandra's Military Hospital At Millbank 18/12/15
Later promoted Major & in 1919 he was Education Officer at a Military Hospital
General Secretary of the Bristol Civic League of Social Service during the 1930's
Published 'Stammering self-cured' in 1952
Died Bournemouth, Dorset 1958
Buried in Saint Peter Churchyard, Bournemouth
