Transferred to the 1st Garrison Battn, Royal Scots (29006) and served in the Dardanelles & Palestine 1916-18
Transferred back to the Royal Scots Fusiliers, was renumbered 49940 & posted to 1/5th Battn in France 7/3/18
Gassed 3/9/18 & was admitted to 45th Casualty Clearing Station near Arras, France
Discharged 14/2/19 & was awarded the Silver War Badge
With copy of his Medal Index Card, MH106 Medical Record, Pension Card & 7 pages of his Soldiers Papers
