Henry Jarrett (his true family name, he served alias CLOUD)
Born Wrotham, Kent 1878
Son of John Thomas & Sarah Jarrett of Kemsing, Sevenoaks
To France 11/11/14 & served with 1st Lincolnshire Regiment
Wounded in the thigh & treated at 84th Field Ambulance 4/3/15
Re-joined his battalion in field 20/3/15
Then suffered a Gun Shot Wound in his left forearm 16/6/15
Sent to 3rd General Hospital, Le Treport 28/6/15
Seriously ill with this wound & a compound fracture of his arm, he returned Blighty 14/7/15
Discharged from No 2 Eastern General Hospital 4/12/15 pending admission to Roehampton
Tragically he was accidentally shot & killed by his 8 year old nephew at Crockenhill 22/4/16
