Admitted No.2 General Hospital at Le Havre 28/8/14

Then sent to the Royal Victoria Hospital, Netley near Southampton

Transferred to ASC-Motor Transport as a Driver 15/4/15

Finally discharged 15/1/19

Lived 68 Dongola Road, Phillips Lane, Tottenham

With copy of his Medal Index Card plus a 17 page Digital File of his Soldiers Papers & supporting documentation

Condition: Star gilded & edge bruise on the BWM, GVF
