Awarded 14 days Field Punishment No.2 at Fauquissart & forfeited 14 days pay "for firing his rifle at a chicken" 26/11/14
Suffered a Gun Shot Wound to his chest during the capture of Neuve Chapelle 10/3/15
Returned to Blighty 8/4/15 & was treated for Gun Shot Wound of his spine & lung at 4th London General Hospital
Discharged 4/4/16 but 2 weeks later he officially DOW HOME 19/4/16
Buried in the All Saints Cemetery, Nunhead & is commemorated on the Screen Wall
With copy of his Medal Index Card plus 27 page Digital File of his Soldiers Papers (some duplication) & supporting documentation
