Returned to the UK & was admitted to Queen Alexandra's Military Hospital At Millbank, London 19/9/15
To Hall-Walker Hospital for Officers in Sussex Lodge, Regent's Park, London NW on 1/10/15
Transferred to Army Service Corps 26/6/16
Later served as Captain, Indian Army Reserve of Officers, attached S.T.C.
His medals were sent to him, c/o A.D.S&T, Quetta Division, Baluchistan on 25/3/20
With copy of his Medal Index Card, Medal Rolls, MH106 Medical Records, plus supporting research documentation
