Qualified as an Observer Officer 27/4/18 & trained at No.2 School of Navigation and Bomb Dropping
Didn't serve as an RFC/RAF Officer in a theatre of war overseas before the Armistice; this is why his BWM & Victory Medal do not show 'LIEUT'
His RFC Officers Papers exist at TNA but we have not checked them; Ref: WO 339/126653
