Note: On 17/8/14 just 'B' Squadron - approximately 158 men - of the South Irish Horse sailed on SS 'Architect' from Dublin to serve as G.H.Q. Troops in France. On 22/10/14, at a critical point during the First Battle of Ypres, 2 Troops of 'B' Squadron were among the I Corps troops scraped together by Sir Douglas Haig to fill a gap in the line at Hollebeke

Transferred to Class 'Z' Army Reserve 18/2/19
