Married Mildred Mewburn Perks, the daughter of Sir Robert William Perks, Baronet , at Banbury, Oxon in 1913
Joined the British Red Cross in 1914
To France 17/11/14 as a Volunteer Driver with the Duchess of Westminster Hospital
Note: The Duchess of Westminster's Hospitalwas established at the Casino in Le Touquet, France in late October 1914 & could care for up to 350 wounded British and Allied soldiers at any one time. Major Gordon Watson was the senior surgeon & Commandant of the Hospital, which was officially recognised as one of the best hospitals in France. It later became No.1 Red Cross Hospital
Later became a partner in Gull & Co, Stockbrokers in London EC2
Died in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire 26/6/43
