After recuperating, he returned to France as Assistant Director of Ordinance Stores (Provisions)
However, he was re-admitted to 2nd General Hospital, still suffering with Neurasthenia 30/11/16
Returned to Blighty on the same Hospital Ship 'Carisbrook Castle' 4/12/16
Later promoted to Captain
