The following day they withdrew to Dour & took up defensive positions at Audregnies, where they came under German attack and fought a fighting retirement for 4 continuous hours
He was taken PoW at Dour (Elouges) 24/8/14
Held in POW Camps at Soltau & Hameln in Germany
