Returned to Blighty 16/10/14
Discharged as no longer fit for military service 30/3/15 to live at 222 Nutgrave Road, Thatto Heath, St.Helens, Lancashire
DIED HOME 24/2/17 in a local sanatorium
Buried under a CWGC Headstone in Christ Church Churchyard, Eccleston, Lancashire
