Promoted Temporary Lieutenant 1/7/17
Relinquished his commission & retained the rank of Lieutenant 19/10/20
Post-war he was Hotel Proprietor of The Dorset Square Hotel, 21-23 Dorset Square, Marylebone, London NW1
Married Beatrice Keeble 1924
In WW2 the Dorset Square Hotel became 'a war casualty' but Geoffrey & Beatrice survived and moved to Cornwall to run the Boscarn Hotel, Looe in December 1940
He was fined £25 for a food rationing offence at the Boscarn Hotel in 1945
His final address was The Chatsworth Hotel, The Steyne, Worthing
Died Worthing Sussex 27/1/54
