Worked pre-war as a Drapers Assistant at Messrs David Evans & Co, Temple Street, Swansea
To Gallipoli 11/8/15 & served with Royal Army Medical Corps-T.F.
Wounded & buried by a Gas Shell at Polygon Wood, Ypres 4/10/17
Returned to Blighty & was treated at Huddersfield Hospital
Discharged 28/1/18
Died Pembrey, Carmarthenshire, Wales 10/10/62
With report of his wounding in the Carmarthen Journal & South Wales Weekly Advertiser 21/12/17, plus copy of his MIC & supporting research documentation
