Commissioned Second Lieutenant, Army Service Corps 28/1/15
To France 23/7/15
Promoted Captain 8/9/18
Relinquished his Commission on completion of service 1/9/21
In September 1939 he was a Temporary Civil Service Clerk living at 'Casseldene', Spencers Road, Spencers Wood, Wokingham, Berkshire
Then during WW2 he was again gazetted Captain 2/4/40
Died Newport, Isle of Wight 14/6/81
With copy of his Medal Index Card & Digital File of supporting research documentation
