Note: 41st Division was formed at Aldershot in September 1915 and took part in the Battle of Flers-Courcelette (15 to 22 September 1916) & the Battle of the Transloy Ridges which (1-20 October 1916) - the last big attack in the 1916 Battle of the Somme
