Admitted with appendicitis to Queen Alexandra's Military Hospital, Millbank 23/3/16


Transferred to King Edward VII Hospital 25/3/16


Returned to France as Captain 1/9th [?] Hampshire Regiment


Transferred out of 4th Stationary Hospital 23/4/19


In 1921 his home address was 8 London Road, Camberley, Surrey


In WW2 he was again commissioned, this time as Lieutenant (119244) in the West Yorkshire Regiment 10/4/40


Relinquished his commission on account of disability 12/7/49 and was granted the honorary rank of Captain
