To France with 19th CAN.INF (1st Central Ontario Regt) 14/9/15

This unit took part in the Battles of Flers-Courcelette, Thiepval, Le Transloy & the Ancre Heights on the Somme, 1916

Commissioned Temp.Lieutenant 14/12/16

Disabled back to Blighty 17/5/17 suffering from pharyngitis & neurasthenia (shell-shock).

Died 6/12/70.
